On our journey towards fully digital processes we are looking for a new team member to support the integration of our new global HR platform (Workday cloud solution) with our local HR payroll systems and help our internal customers in making best use of this.
What will you do
The challenge waiting for you is to integrate Workday suite to local systems in each country. Also, you would monitor changes, that had been implemented and enhance the system functionality. The biggest part of the job is to help with the integration but administrating the system and keeping it up to date will be your duty as well.
Responsibilities
• Align with HR business partners on changes in Workday configuration with a focus on integration aspects
• Update Workday PECI connectors according to business requirements
• Perform testing activities of integration scenarios
• Provide documentation on integration functionality in Workday
• Align with HR IT partners responsible for local payroll systems on changed or new integration scenarios
• Build integration scenarios for new business process such as advanced compensation
• Quality assurance, monitoring and improvement of implemented processes
• Regularly provide support to end-users
