Meet our team As Engineering Team Manager for Hybrid Infrastructure & OT, you will lead an international team of approximately 13 engineers within Infrastructure & Operations, reporting to the Head of Platform Engineering, with the majority of the team based in Brno. The team provides business-critical infrastructure across more than 50 countries, supporting thousands of servers and petabytes of storage. Its scope covers hybrid infrastructure, backup and resilience, and operational technology. The roadmap includes Edge Computing, Containerisation, Hybrid Infrastructure Automation, Camera Technologies, Radio Communications and enhanced Remote Access capabilities. You will lead and develop the team, manage its capacity and performance, and drive the move towards greater automation, standardisation and product-oriented engineering, while Product Owners and technical leads retain ownership of product strategy and solution design.
Build the automated, secure WAN platform that connects a global enterprise.We are strengthening our 10 member Infrastructure IT engineering team and are looking for a Senior Engineer to help design, build, automate and operate our next-generation SD-WAN platform-based solution. You will combine deep networking expertise with platform engineering and automation. Your work will shape how sites are connected, secured, deployed and supported at scale with strong focused on automation part. This is not a narrow operations role. You will influence architecture, create reusable standards and automation, lead complex implementations and migrations, and own service reliability throughout the full product lifecycle.
