What will you do

We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and technical evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This is a key role responsible for shaping scalable workflows and architectural standards while supporting the continued growth of the platform across IT and selected enterprise service management domains.

You will combine hands on architectural expertise with strong platform stewardship, working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, reusable, and aligned with long term platform strategy.

  • Design and evolve end to end workflows on the ServiceNow platform, from demand intake through implementation and operational handover
  • Develop and configure solutions across the full ServiceNow stack, including ITSM, ITOM, CSM, HRSD, Mobile, and Portal
  • Design and implement scalable, secure, and high performing ServiceNow solutions aligned with architectural best practices
  • Define and enforce platform governance, architectural guardrails, and design standards to ensure consistency and scalability
  • Define and maintain standard technical procedures for platform upgrades, patches, and release readiness
  • Design and implement integrations using REST, SOAP, file based transfers, and IntegrationHub, including out of the box spokes where appropriate
  • Ensure ServiceNow solutions can scale beyond IT into enterprise service management use cases, in collaboration with business stakeholders
  • Maintain high quality technical documentation including solution designs, configurations, and release notes
  • Partner with Product Owners to translate business outcomes into scalable technical and workflow solutions, including scope definition and feasibility assessment
  • Support and maintain the ServiceNow roadmap in alignment with Enterprise Architecture and product strategy
  • Work closely with global IT, local IT, Security, and external partners to ensure alignment and compliance
  • Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentorship to administrators and developers
  • Provide architectural oversight during delivery to ensure solution quality, reuse, and adherence to plat-form standards across releases


You will play a central role in shaping how ServiceNow is used across the organization, ensuring work-flows are consistent, maintainable, and ready to scale. This role offers a clear growth path toward broader enterprise service management and architectural responsibility as platform maturity increases.


We are looking for these competencies

  • 5 or more years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow development and solution architecture in complex environments
  • Deep expertise in core ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, CSM, and CMDB, including Integration Hub and web service integrations using REST, SOAP, and JSON
  • Solid experience designing, building, and maintaining ServiceNow applications and platform components
  • Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
  • Practical experience with CMDB design and its role in supporting services and workflows
  • Good understanding of ServiceNow architecture principles and best practices
  • Ability to balance delivery speed with long term platform sustainability
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Experience working in agile delivery setups and cross functional teams
  • Exposure to implementing AI features in ServiceNow is an advantage


Required Certifications

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)


What is beneficial
