Now that ServiceNow has been successfully implemented, the focus shifts to fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities. This means using it to its maximum potential.
What will you do
We are looking for a skilled and experienced ServiceNow Architect to lead the design, development, and technical evolution of our ServiceNow platform. This is a key role responsible for shaping scalable workflows and architectural standards while supporting the continued growth of the platform across IT and selected enterprise service management domains.
You will combine hands on architectural expertise with strong platform stewardship, working closely with Product Owners, delivery teams, and stakeholders to ensure solutions are robust, reusable, and aligned with long term platform strategy.
You will play a central role in shaping how ServiceNow is used across the organization, ensuring work-flows are consistent, maintainable, and ready to scale. This role offers a clear growth path toward broader enterprise service management and architectural responsibility as platform maturity increases.

Meet our team You’ll join a nine member engineering focused team responsible for designing, automating, and orchestrating modern client platform operations. While we continue supporting Windows OS 11/10 LTSC, software packaging, core applications, and both fat and thin client environments, our direction is strongly centered on building scalable, automated systems.
