Our team has successfully led a major project transitioning from our legacy ticketing system to ServiceNow – a critical step in harmonizing and modernizing how we manage internal processes across the entire Heidelberg Materials Group. Now that ServiceNow has been successfully implemented, the focus shifts to fully leveraging the platform’s capabilities. This means using it to its maximum potential.
What will you do
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented ServiceNow Developer/ Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, configuration, and maintenance of the ServiceNow platform, ensuring optimal performance and alignment with business needs. You will work closely with stakeholders to support ITSM and CSM processes, implement enhancements, and maintain data integrity.

Meet our team Join our dynamic Infrastructure team, specifically our Hosting stream. You’ll be part of a dedicated group of eleven engineers managing a diverse range of Hosting technologies. From storage and backup to virtualization across small and large clusters to full infrastructure DR management, our team ensures a stable, highly available environment with enough flexibility to meet the business needs. What will you do As a key player in our Digital Hub Brno, you’ll provide infrastructure support for Heidelberg Materials’ global infrastructure engineering functions. Your role as an Infrastructure DevOps Engineer will involve leveraging your cross-technology expertise to analyze business requirements, technology feasibility and operability, automation capabilities, support for Infrastructure as a Code principle, and wide-scale deployments with resilience and high availability considerations.
Meet our team You’ll join a nine member engineering focused team responsible for designing, automating, and orchestrating modern client platform operations. While we continue supporting Windows OS 11/10 LTSC, software packaging, core applications, and both fat and thin client environments, our direction is strongly centered on building scalable, automated systems.
