What will you do?
We are looking for a bright candidate to provide technical support to our internal customers at Heidelberg Materials – one of the world’s largest integrated manufacturers of building materials – while working in a 24/5 model. On a daily basis, you will handle tickets using ServiceNow, actively troubleshoot customer requests, and monitor infrastructure. Communication with our internal vendors (e.g., Windows Server, Office 365, Citrix, and more) will also be a crucial part of your role.

Meet our team You would be a part a team providing second-level support to Heidelberg Materials, one of the world’s largest companies in the global construction materials industry. We work as cross-functional teams, therefore there are two network technicians in each team sitting with server, client and application specialists to provide full IT support. Besides deploying and configuring network components, you’ll also meet security topics like firewall management and content filter troubleshooting.

Meet our team You’ll be part of a nine-member team supporting Windows OS 11/10 LTSC, handling software packaging, core applications, and managing both fat and thin client environments. Our primary goal is shifting our infrastructure to the cloud, which means we’re working extensively with MS Intune services related to client and mobile man-agement, printing solutions, and backup operations. The team oversees every aspect of client operations, from routine tasks to complex technical engineering projects.

Our team is responsible for the development, governance and security of Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Microsoft Copilot and other services part of M365 product stack.
