You will be part of the nine-member Anywhere Workplace team, supporting our group services based on Windows OS 10/11 and responsible for fat, thin and mobile client’s management including HW selection. Our primary goal revolves delivery and maintenance of 1st class services including MS Azure Virtual Desktop and Azure RemoteApp. Our team covers everything in the client area, from day-to-day operations to the technical engineering side of things.
What will you do
As a Digital Hub Brno providing IT Support for Heidelberg Materials with cement plants around the world, we need to keep our on-site client systems functional and supported. Your role is to ensure on-site client systems worldwide runs smoothly by deploying the solutions, managing, and supporting the crucial application and sys-tems. You will actively gather feedback from plant directors to our engineering teams to drive the improvements. Train local technicians and create essential documentation is part of the role too.

Our team covers everything in the application area, from day-to-day operations to the technical engineering side of things.
