Kdo jsme
Jsme čtyřčlenný Office & Operations tým, který zajišťuje plynulý chod firmy Digital Hub Brno poskytující IT podporu pro společnost Heidelberg Materials. Momentálně hledáme posilu stávajícímu administrativnímu týmu na dva půldny v týdnu, a to v pondělí a ve čtvrtek. Provozní doba recepce je od 8:00 do 16:00, preferujeme výpomoc v dopoledních hodinách, ale v zásadě jsme flexibilní. Vhodná příležitost pro studenty nebo rodiče na rodičovské dovolené.
Náplň práce:
• Uvítání hostů a péče o ně
• Zajištění pošty, zpracování a správa zásilek
• Doplňování zásob v kuchyňkách a udržování pořádku v zasedačkách
• Zorganizování prvního dne při nástupu nováčků
• A další úkoly spojené s provozem kanceláře
Požadavky:
• Dobrá znalost MS Office
• Anglický jazyk slovem i písmem
• Dobré komunikativní schopnosti
• Příjemné vystupování
